The central location is fantastic with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room size is good for a few days, though not overly comfortable for four people. The facilities were as expected, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained.
Felt relaxed, no complaints.

Panoramic Mountain Views: The balcony in our apartment at this hotel offered breathtaking views of the Kaiser Mountains, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of the surroundings. It felt like being in the midst of a stunning painting come to life!
Shower Design: The shower's bulkhead and handgrip placement could be improved for a more comfortable and safe experience.

We stayed at this aparthotel for a week with two families and were pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms. There were enough toilets and bathrooms for all of us, and the dining and living rooms were huge. The wifi was a bonus, and the location was close to the center of town with a beautiful view. The concierge was helpful, and having laundry facilities was a great option.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We had a blast exploring Kufstein and hitting the slopes at SkiWelt. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our teenage crew. Plus, the location was super convenient, with awesome shops and cafes right around the corner. We even got to enjoy the breathtaking views from our balcony. It was definitely a rockin' vacation!
If there's one thing we would've loved, it's a cool hangout spot within the hotel where we could meet up with other young peeps. A chill lounge or game room would've taken our experience to the next level.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the town center, shopping and supermarkets, and the ski slopes. the rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and beautiful views from the balcony. the staff promptly provided us with a crib upon request. the dining hall and living rooms are also spacious, with a large flat screen TV for entertainment. the hotel offers a free ski bus service for convenient transportation to and from the slopes. the overall service and breakfast are satisfactory.
The check-in process is a bit inconvenient, requiring guests to go to another hotel to collect the keys and check-in.

The hotel is a great starting point for exploring the area, with stunning views from the balcony. The restaurant serves delicious local dishes. The surrounding Alpine landscape is beautiful.
The only downside was the lack of high-speed internet. Who needs fast Wi-Fi when you're surrounded by breathtaking mountains, right?

Great city center location with easy access to local attractions and public transport. Spacious rooms with good amenities for a comfortable stay. Loved the parking facility which was very convenient and time-saving.
Rooms were not cleaned properly upon arrival, and we had to wait outside for a while. We encountered some unprofessional behavior from the staff and were not provided with all the promised benefits.
